 Programming and commissioning of one interlinking plants for gearbox manufacturing with Simatic S5-110SB; including error detection and MMI with DIMOS and text display ANKA.

Quality assurance facility ZF gearbox production

 Drawing-up of software for quality assurance and testing of transmission boxes made by the ZF company in Schwäbisch-Gmünd. Tying-in of CP525 for master computer Microvax and testing system MESAS via L1 bus with three PLC’s S5-115U. Editing of measured values and transmission to server. Commissioning and start-up of production at ZF in Schwaebisch-Gmuend.

Servocom assembly line for  ZF company in Schwaebisch-Gmuend

 Development of program and commissioning of a ball measuring machine for feeding balls into bearings. Respective measurements are done with PROMESS, data are transmitted to PLC via CP525. While ball feeding is in progress friction of balls is measured and recorded prior to, during and after filling of balls into bearings. The data thus acquired were then transmitted, via CP525, to a WIZCON for statistical evaluation or evaluation of corrective work, if required.
